BAKED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, about 1" thick
1/4 lb. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (not drained)
1 env. dry onion soup mix

Cut steak in serving size pieces and place in 9"x13" pan. Spread butter on meat. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with soup. Cover pan with foil and bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
