ZUCCHINI SQUASH A LA ST. PAUL 
2 med. squash
1 med. onion, cut up and cooked in salted boiling water
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch oregano
Garlic salt
1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated

Drain squash and onion; add tomatoes and mash together. Add other ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Cover with bread crumbs if desired. Bake 1/2 hour, uncovered, at 350 degrees.
