COMPANY TUNA CASSEROLE 
3 c. (6 oz.) elbow macaroni or any type noodle, cooked & drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 c. frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. American, cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds, optional
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings

Cook noodles until tender; drain. Combine noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, salt, onion, green pepper and peas. Blend soup and milk; heat through. Add cheese; heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture; turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with almonds.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then add French fried onion rings on top and bake another 5-7 minutes. Note: You can also add 1 1/2 cups of crushed potato chips. (This dish is very good!)
