EASY CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Pepper to taste
1 sm. bag salted almonds
3/4 c. hot water

Mix tuna, celery and onions. Add hot water to the soup. Add soup to tuna mixture. Combine 1/2 of the noodles and the nuts. Add to tuna mixture. Put in casserole. Spread remaining noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.
