EASY CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
2 cans tuna 1 can mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. whole cashew nuts 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms 2 c. chow mein noodles 1/4 c. minced onion or green onion tops 1 c. chopped celery Drain tuna and break into pieces. Combine all except 1 cup noodles. Mix gently and put into casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 40 minutes. Serves 6. |
