ORANGE CREME JELL-O SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can Mandarin oranges, drained
Juice of oranges & water to make 1 c.
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add frozen sherbet immediately, stirring until sherbet is dissolved. Add remaining liquid. Stir. Chill until partially set. Whip cream and fold into Jell-O. Fold in Mandarin oranges and pour into mold. Chill until firm.
