MANDARIN ORANGE JELL-O SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Drain, BUT SAVE JUICE, from 1 can of Mandarin orange slices and 1 small can of crushed pineapple.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add sugar and 3/4 cup of combined juices. Cool, then beat vigorously.

Beat Dream Whip with 1 cup skim milk; fold into Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate until slightly congealed, then fold in orange slices, crushed pineapple and nuts.
