LIME - WALNUT JELL-O SALAD 
3 c. water (2 hot, 1 cold)
2 pkgs. lime Jell-O
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add celery, nuts, cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into dish or mold. Serve on lettuce leaf.
