FESTIVE HADDOCK 
2 lbs. frozen haddock fillets, thawed
1/2 c. French dressing
1 1/2 c. crushed cheddar cheese crackers
Paprika

Separate fillets; dip in French dressing; roll in cracker crumbs. Place fillets in single layer, skin side down, in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes.
