RAISIN NUT PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; add milk and dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth, then add raisins, nuts and vanilla. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan.

SAUCE: 2 cups brown sugar, 4 tablespoons butter and 4 cups boiling water; stir until dissolved. Pour over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool, serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
