APPLESAUCE NUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients in ungreased oblong pan (13x9x2) with fork, scraping corners until moistened. Stir batter vigorously with fork 1 minute, scrape sides with rubber spatula, spread batter evenly in pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool then dust with powdered sugar.
