2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. applesauce

Combine all ingredients and beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 12 minutes.
