FRENCH APPLESAUCE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. applesauce

Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl four minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Do not underbake. Top with vanilla glaze.

VANILLA GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk to desired consistency
