FRENCH SILK PIE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
3 eggs, room temp.
Baked pie shell

Thoroughly cream the butter and sugar, then stir in cooled chocolate. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition. Pour into baked pie shell and chill. Garnish with whipped cream.

CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Melt butter in skillet and add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is absorbed, 3-4 minutes. Press in a pie pan, bottom and sides and cool.
