1/3 c. peanut butter
1 egg
4 level tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Cream sugar and peanut butter. Add beaten egg and mix well. Add milk, then add flour, salt, and baking powder. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven. If muffins are small, bake 10-15 minutes.
