1/3 c. peanut butter
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil

Sift together dry ingredients and cut in peanut butter. Combine eggs and milk. Pour into dry ingredients. Add oil. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
