1/4 c. All Bran
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Stir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat egg and blend with peanut butter, milk and oil. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients until just barely moist. Fully grease muffin pan 2/3 full and bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
