QUICK YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
4 c. self-rising flour

Mix yeast and water; add other ingredients, mixing well. Drop into muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
