CHINESE VEGS 
1/2 English cucumber, cube
1 green onion, cut sm.
Approximately 20 sm. mushrooms
3 sm. carrots, shredded fine
1/2 green pepper
1/2 ted pepper

Heat in pan 2 tablespoons peanut oil. Add green onions and 3 slices ginger root, then add vegetables. Mix 1 tablespoons cornstarch, white wine, and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce. Cook only about 2 minutes.
