LUSCIOUS PEACH PIE 
2 (29 oz.) cans peaches
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Pastry for 9-inch pie

Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup syrup. Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt. Add 1/3 cup syrup. Cook and stir until thickened. Add next 4 ingredients, then peaches. Fill pie shell; add top crust and seal. Bake 40-45 minutes. If you like peach pie, you'll love this!!

Pie turned out great! I baked @ 375°F as I do with most fruit pies. Temperature was omitted from recipe.
