EVIE'S CREAM PEACH PIE | |
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 5 peeled and halved peaches 3/4 c. thick cream 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Stir sugar and flour together and put half in the bottom of the pie shell. Arrange the peach halves single layer in the shell and sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture on the top. Pour the cream over this and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
