ONE CRUST PEACH PIE 
1 pie crust
6 peaches

Peel and stone six peaches in half. Place whole side up in pie crust.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugar and then add eggs. Pour over peaches and bake at 350 to 375 degrees until peaches are soft and filling thick. Serve with ice cream.
