SINGLE CRUST FRESH PEACH PIE 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cream

Fill an unbaked pie shell with fresh sliced peaches. Beat the eggs; add flour and sugar; pour over the peaches. Pour cream over this and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees, then 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
