CHICKEN LORIENT 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. tomatoes
1 c. chicken, diced
1/2 c. gravy or broth
1 very sm. onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
6 stalks celery, cut

Brown onion and celery in butter. Add tomatoes, rice and chicken. Pour over this, the gravy or broth, let simmer for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
