CHICKEN BREAST OVER RICE 
2 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. cooking white wine or sherry
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup

Wash chicken and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil and put into preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and juicy. Serve with cooked rice.
