HORSE - RADISH SAUCE 
1 slice day - old bread
1/2 c. prepared horse - radish
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne
1/2 c. heavy cream

Blender - crumb bread. Empty into a bowl, add horse - radish, light cream, sugar, salt and cayenne. Let stand until crumbs are soft. Blender - whip cream and fold in horse - radish mixture. Refrigerate. Yields 2 cups.
