COLD CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 sm. cucumber, diced (about 1 c.)
Dash hot pepper or Tabasco sauce
Dash salt and pepper
Fresh or dried dill (a couple of good shakes)
1 c. sour cream
Snipped fresh chives (or green onions)

Put soup, milk, cucumber, hot sauce and dill in blender. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes. Place in bowl and add sour cream mixing thoroughly.

Chill in refrigerator an hour or more. Sprinkle chives or green onions on top and serve in chilled bowls.
