TUNA-CUCUMBER ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 can water-packed solid white tuna (7 oz.)
2 cucumbers, diced
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sherry wine
2 tsp. sesame oil
Pinch of ground ginger
Soy sauce, optional

Drain tuna; flake into a bowl. Mix with cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients except soy, if using; toss with tuna and cucumber. Serve cold. Add a splash of soy sauce, if desired. Makes 4 servings, 105 calories each.
