CHICKEN SALAD 
1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 lb. blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. yogurt or salad dressing
1 sm. can cherries (optional)
Salt & pepper

Cook chicken; dice meat. Mix chicken, celery, almonds and cherries. Blend in yogurt. Serve on lettuce leaf.
