FRUITED CHICKEN LUNCHEON SALAD 
SALAD:

1 red apple, diced
1 c. celery, thin sliced
3/4 c. (4 oz.) diced, cooked chicken
1 orange, pared & diced

Combine above ingredients in medium bowl.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/8 tsp. apple pie spice

In a small bowl mix dressing. Pour over the chicken mix, chill and serve on lettuce with pecan halves for garnish. Serves 2.
