NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie crust (deep dish)
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed New England Clam Chowder Soup
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices American cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake shell for 8 minutes. Remove and decrease oven temperature to 325 degrees.

Mix bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream and parsley and pepper. Pour 1/2 of mixture into shell. Arrange cheese and pour rest of mixture on top of cheese. Bake 55 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before cutting.
