NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER QUICHE | |
1/2 c. onions, chopped 4 eggs 4 slices Swiss cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 can Campbell's clam chowder 1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp Beat eggs; add onions, sour cream and clam chowder. Pour half into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Arrange Swiss cheese over the top. Pour rest of mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, until set. |
