SPRING PORK ROAST 
4-6 pound boneless pork roast
1 c. strawberry preserves
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 c. lemon juice, strained
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place fully thawed roast on rack in 350 degree oven. Roast 25 to 30 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Melt preserves in a medium saucepan. Add other ingredients, heat through. Keep warm. Brush roast with glaze several times during the last 45 minutes of roasting.
