BLENDER PECAN PIE 
1 (8 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla in blender and blend well.

Put pecans in shell and slowly pour the egg mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees F. until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
