BREADED RANCH CHICKEN 
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix

In a shallow bowl, combine the corn flakes, Parmesan cheese and salad mix. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in corn flake mixture to coat. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

Yields 8 servings.
