"NO BRAINER" SOUTHWEST CHICKEN
SOUP
 
4 chicken breasts, slightly frozen and cut into bite-size pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can hominy
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can chickpeas
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing mix
6 c. water

Put all ingredients together in large kettle and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve with crushed tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices.

Feeds 10 but you can vary the yield by adding more or less cans of the ingredients.
