SPICY SOUTHWEST CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream chicken soup
1/2 c. picante sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
1/2 c. (4 oz.) grated processed American cheese
1 c. canned onion rings, crushed

Place chicken in casserole. Combine soup, picante, parsley, onions, garlic, and pepper; mix thoroughly and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top; bake in 350 degree gas oven for 45-50 minutes.

Top with onion rings, bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles.

VARIATION: Grill chicken breasts. Stir cheese into sauce, heat and pour over grilled chicken and noodles.
