SWEET AND SOUR FRANKS 
1 can pineapple chunks in juice
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 lb. franks, sliced diagonally
1 green pepper, seeded and cut in strips
Hot cooked rice

Drain juice from pineapple chunks into 3 quart microwave bowl. Stir corn starch, sugar, vinegar and ketchup into pineapple juice. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Stir in franks, pepper strips, and pineapple. Microwave until heated through. Serve on rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
