SWEET-SOUR CHICKEN FRANKS 
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 lb. chicken franks
3 c. hot cooked rice

In large skillet, saute onion in oil until onion is golden. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce, then pineapple with liquid. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add franks and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
