FRANKS AND DIPPING SAUCE 
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 lb. franks or cheese franks
8-10 hot dog rolls
Sweet pickle relish (optional)

In saucepan combine sour cream, mustard and horseradish. Heat while preparing franks. Serve franks in rolls with dipping sauce. If desired, garnish each individual portion of sauce with 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish.
