“SUCCOTASH WITH FRANKS” IS IN:

SUCCOTASH WITH FRANKS 
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (10 oz.) frozen succotash
8 frankturters, cut in 1" pieces
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
Paprika

In a 2 quart saucepan bring water and salt to a boil. Add succotash and frankfurters. Cover pan; cook on high heat until steaming; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.

In a bowl combine sour cream, mustard, caraway seed and salt. Blend into succotash and frankfurters. Turn into shallow 1 qt. baking dish. Place under broiler 3-5 minutes until frankfurters are lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika.

Makes 4 servings.
