CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
Chicken (enough for your family, any kind)
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste

Cook all of the above 1 hour.

DUMPLINGS:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 eggs
About 1/4 c. milk

Mix together, dough will be sticky. Drop by teaspoonful into pot of boiling water. When dumpling rises they are done; remove from water.

GRAVY:

1 pt. half & half
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Pour into pot with chicken. Simmer until thick.
