CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS | |
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon crystals Salt Pepper Garlic 1 can cream of chicken soup Bisquick dumplings (prepare according to box directions) Place chickens in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Add chicken crystals, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 30 minutes. Return Dutch oven to stove and remove chicken. Add cream of chicken soup to broth and add salt and pepper to taste. Tear chicken into pieces and return to liquid. Drop dumplings by tablespoonfuls into boiling liquid. Cook until dumplings are done, approximately 20 minutes. |
