CHICKEN 'N DUMPLINGS 
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. onions, cut up
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 glasses water
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Heat large frying pan, before putting in 1 tablespoon oil. Put poultry seasoning on meat side of chicken and lay skin side down in pan. Brown about 10 minutes on one side, then turn, add onions and saute until light brown. Add 1 1/2 glasses of water and bouillon cube. Simmer for 45 minutes, covered at low heat. Then add rest of water and bring to boil. Put in dumplings, cook on low 10 minutes without lid then 10 minutes with lid on.

DUMPLING MIX:

1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. parsley
1/3 c. water

Add by tablespoon to chicken.
