CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken, cooked well done with salt to taste

Debone chicken.

DOUGH FOR DUMPLINGS:

3 c. self-rising flour
Enough chicken broth, cooled, to make dough

Roll out dough and cut in strips. Heat remaining broth to boiling, then drop in dumplings. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add deboned chicken and serve.
