"SPECIAL BEANS" 
2 lbs. sliced bacon
4 lg. onions, diced
1 jar mustard (12 oz.)
3 cans (#10) pork & beans or 21 lbs.
1 bottle catsup (14 oz.)
1 jar molasses (16 oz.)
1 lb. dark brown sugar
4 bell peppers, diced

Fry bacon until crisp in large skillet or heavy pot. Remove bacon, drain, crumble. Cook onions in bacon drippings until tender. Combine bacon, bacon drippings and cooked onions. Add all other ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. (Serves 55 to 65 people.)
