MANICOTTI 
16 manicotti shells (buy 2 pkgs.)
32 to 48 oz. jar sauce (plain, no meat or mushrooms)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (for the top)

FILLING:

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions (be careful not to tear the noodles). Cool in the refrigerator. Make filling; stuff manicotti. Put 1/3 of sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Placed filled manicotti on top of sauce. Spread remaining sauce over manicotti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
