2 lbs. ground meat Salt, garlic powder, paprika to taste Bread crumbs Water 1 box manicotti 2 pkgs. Spatini sauce mix 12 oz. can tomato paste 2 cans water 2 tbsp. oil Dash of oregano Sugar to taste 1 onion, dice Mix meat, salt, paprika, garlic powder, bread crumbs and water until meat is of consistency to form meat balls. Stuff each uncooked noodle until as full as possible of meat. Place, separated, in single layer in baking dish. In separate pan combine remaining ingredients. Mix; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover noodles completely with hot sauce. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Seal tightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 more minutes. |
