GRITS AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. seasoned salt 2 tsps. salt 2 tsps. Tabasco 1 tsp. paprika 2 Tbsps. lemon juice 1 1/2 cups grits, uncooked 3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 sticks butter Beat together eggs, salt, Tabasco, paprika and lemon juice. Cook grits in 6 cups of water about 3 minutes. Fold in cheese and butter. Add beaten mixture and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. |
