GRITS CASSEROLE 
2 c. quick grits
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
6 oz. milk

Cook grits according to package directions. Add butter. Beat eggs and add one at a time. Stir in milk and cheese. Pour in casserole dish, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
